Mark Angelo Simpliciano specializes in employment, business, and personal injury litigation. Mark has represented employees in numerous cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour class actions. Based on his plaintiff side employment experience, Mark counsels Garcia Hong Law’s business clients on employment practices to avoid risk, exposure, and liability.

Mark has developed an expertise in navigating California's Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) statute. He demonstrates a profound understanding of the complexities surrounding free speech and public participation legal issues. Whether he is representing plaintiffs or defendants, he has successfully assisted clients in addressing malicious prosecution and defamation claims. 

Mark is actively involved in his community. Mark is Co-President of Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association and on the Board of Directors for Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.

Mark received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2019, his Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2014, and his Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in 2013. He was raised in Hawaii.
