Coleman Alguire focuses on general business litigation and counsel, and real estate litigation. He has successfully tried cases to verdict or judgment in state court and OAH hearings. Coleman is also a licensed real estate salesperson. Prior to joining Garcia Hong Law, Coleman served as In-House Counsel for a distribution company of cannabidiol (CBD) products. In this role, Coleman developed a wide variety of skills in business law, corporate compliance, contracts, pre-litigation management and risk analysis, intellectual property, real estate transactions and law, employment law, state and federal hemp compliance, labeling and quality control compliance, and administrative law.

Coleman now uses his legal skills to bring an organized and pragmatic perspective to advocating for his clients. As a business owner himself, Coleman understands how litigation affects the bottom line. He helps our clients find creative solutions that make sense for their business. Coleman is passionate about people and zealously represents clients to maximize their outcomes. As a trusted advisor, Coleman offers comprehensive counsel to businesses across various industries including food & service, wellness, and marketing. Beyond guiding clients through the intricacies of corporate formation, Coleman proactively advises on best business practices to mitigate the risk of litigation and navigate potential challenges with vendors, customers, and external entities.

Coleman was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska. He graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2012 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2016. Coleman is an avid traveler and enjoys cooking, the arts, baking, and crafting.
