Garcia Hong Law APC is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation (with an emphasis in business disputes, professional negligence, personal injury, and real estate). The associate will have an opportunity to own and manage a case from beginning to end, meet with clients, take depositions, and sit second chair at trial.
We are a small, tight-knit law firm that represents individuals and businesses on the plaintiffs’ and defense side. We handle our cases as a team effort.
The firm will offer medical, sick and vacation days, paid MCLE and bar/professional organization membership, cell phone reimbursement, and social events. The associate will also have bonus and referral opportunities for the firm’s personal injury contingency cases.
Qualifications:
Full-time (expected 30-40 hours)
Billable requirement of a minimum of 25 hours per week
Pay: $75,000-$115,000 per year
California Bar licensed
