April 12, 2024 - San Diego, California. We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Mark Simpliciano as Co-President of the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association (THLA). Mark's dedication to advancing LGBTQ+ rights and his commitment to our community make him an invaluable addition to our team.

THLA is dedicated to advocating for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals across California and beyond. Their mission to protect and advance LGBTQ+ issues remains at the forefront of their goals.

Mark brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role as Co-President. He has served on THLA's board for several years. Mark was also recently elected to the Board of Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.

As an Associate Attorney at Garcia Hong Law, Mark has demonstrated a strong commitment to justice and equality. Mark focuses his practice on employment issues, business disputes, and handling malicious prosecution claims. Many of these issues address free speech and access to the courts.

Under Mark's leadership, Garcia Hong Law looks forward to continuing our tradition of supporting impactful events such as the Awards Dinner, Networking events, and Law Student Receptions.
