Since joining the firm, Mr. Alguire has demonstrated exceptional dedication to his clients, serving as an outside counsel, advisor, and accomplished business attorney with a focus on real estate disputes.
Mr. Alguire's legal practice encompasses general business litigation, real estate litigation, and professional liability. Prior to his tenure at Garcia Hong Law, he served as in-house counsel for a distribution company of cannabidiol (CBD) products, further enhancing his expertise in the field. His commitment to the legal profession was recognized in October 2023 when he was honored by the San Diego Business Journal as one of the Top Leaders in Law.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Alguire has held leadership roles with the Welsh Inn of Court and the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association, reflecting his dedication to both the legal community and the broader San Diego community.
