Garcia Hong Law, a dynamic, client-focused law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We will also consider Post-Bar Clerks waiting for November Bar results. This role offers exposure to both litigation and transactional work with a wide variety of business, personal injury, real estate, and professional negligence matters, providing an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set. Position Overview:

The Associate Attorney will work on a mix of litigation and transactional matters, assisting clients in achieving efficient, cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a commitment to excellence, and the drive to build their own book of business with our support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling complex litigation cases, including research, drafting, and court appearances.

Support transactional matters, including document review and contract drafting.

Engage in ongoing training to hone litigation and transactional skills.

Collaborate with senior attorneys, fostering a learning environment that values professional development.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Admission to the California State Bar.

Prior experience in litigation and/or transactional work at a law firm.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, motivated approach to professional growth and client service.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience or book of business.

Billable Hour Requirements: Reasonable billable hour expectations, supporting a healthy work/life balance.
