Garcia Hong Law prevailed on an appeal for their client on an anti-SLAPP motion to a malicious prosecution claim. The Court of Appeal held our client had probable cause to bring a claim for their rights and interests in real property even though our client was not on the title to the real property. Garcia Hong Law's client was awarded attorneys' fees and costs on appeal.
