Garcia Hong Law welcomes Pauline E. Villanueva to the team. For over a decade, Pauline E. Villanueva has analyzed complex legal issues that occurred at the trial court level and applied her expertise to difficult questions of law at the appellate level. She has handled civil and criminal appeals before the federal and state courts of appeal. Pauline brings a number of valuable skills to Garcia Hong Law’s civil litigation practice, including strong analytical and negotiation skills; excellent research and writing skills; and the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of situations. Based on Pauline’s expertise and professional achievement, she has been selected to Super Lawyers in 2021 and a Rising Star from 2018-2019. Pauline is also an active member in the San Diego legal community, as a board member of Women of Color in the Law, as well as a member of both the San Diego County Bar Association Wellness Subcommittee and the Appellate Section. In addition to practicing law, she is a certified yoga and fitness instructor with a passion for cultivating a greater awareness of wellness and mental health in the legal community. Pauline graduated from UC San Diego in 2006 and Santa Clara University School of Law in 2009.
