September 1, 2022 - San Diego, California. Garcia Hong Law successfully obtained a defense verdict this week on behalf of its San Diego clients in a jury trial in San Diego Superior Court. The lawsuit involved a real estate dispute between two families that spanned over a decade. Garcia Hong Law convinced the jury that their clients were not liable for breach of contract, fraud, or conversion of property and rental proceeds. The parties suing Garcia Hong Law's clients were seeking almost $1 million dollars in damages and punitive damages.
